Job Description:
• Candidate has to handle inbound queries pertaining the issues.
• Remotely resolving the issues.
• Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT.
• Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 support team upselling and cross selling.
